We do not guarantee that any specific fare, seat, or itinerary discussed on a call will remain available, and we do not guarantee the lowest possible price. Our agents will provide the most accurate information available to them at the time of your call.
Some requests handled through our phone line may involve a service fee in addition to the airline fare. Any applicable service fee will always be clearly disclosed by your agent before you agree to proceed with a booking, change, or other paid service. You are never charged a service fee without being told the amount first.
